The concept behind this "service" is quite simple; when somebody asks, "Hey gorgeous, can I have your phone number?" you give him a very special phone number. It won't be yours; it will be the Rejection Line - a calling service that beneficially tells them that they have been rejected as a loser by the giver of the number. Useful?
